Otis Spunkmeyer® cookie dough is the cooke dough with sweet benefits and taste for your group. Each 2.5 lb. box comes with approximately 36 - 1 oz. pre-portioned cookies. Otis Spunkmeyer® cookie dough can be frozen for up to 1 year. It also can be thawed and refrozen, making handling and storage easy!

Take frozen braided pastry out of package and place on a lightly greased 9"x13" metal pan or 11"x17" cookie sheet with edges. Set icing packet and directions aside.

Loosely cover frozen pastry with plastic wrap. Allow to thaw and rise at room temperature for 8-12 hours until about double in size (ideal room temp. is 72ºF). Tip: lightly spray plastic wrap with cooking spray and place spray side down to prevent dough from sticking to plastic wrap.

Remove plastic wrap. Bake at 350
ºF for 18 - 25  minutes or until golden brown. Ovens vary so adjust time and temperature accordingly.

Allow time to cool. Slice with electric knife or serrated knife. Cut small hole in corner of icing and drizzle over top of braided pastry. Enjoy!


Pre-Portioned Frozen Cookie Dough Makes For Easy Baking
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Place preportioned cookie dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies at 325ºF for approximately 12-15 minutes. Times may vary depending upon your oven. Allow to cool for one minute. Transfer to cooling rack to complete cooling. Enjoy!
