Preheat oven to 400°. Remove pie from plastic container and place on a baking sheet to contain spillover.

For best results, Egg Wash crust: Beat 1 egg with 2 Tbsp water "add more water for lighter curst". Brush over top of pie, avoiding the edges as it will brown without Egg Wash.

(Tip) You may cover the pie with foil for the final 20 minutes if it begins to over darken.

Bake on center shelf for about 70-80 minutes. Pie should be golden brown and filling should be bubbling out onto the baking sheet.
